Lofts at East Berkley
BOSTON, MA
This six-story split-level, loft-style apartment building is in Boston’s South End on East Berkeley St. and within the artistic SOWA district. An inventive split level floor plan at each unit provides open circulation and dramatic loft-like proportions within efficient floor plans. The building is of steel and concrete construction with beige brick, cast stone, metal detailing and decorative glass on both street facing facades. The double height lobby gallery is located within a sculptural glass corner tower that anchors the building to its context.
