40 Malvern St.

ALLSTON, MA

This ground up new construction project is a 6-story, 48-unit apartment building in Packard’s Corner, Allston. It houses one- and two-bedroom apartments with eight units per floor. The 49,850 gross square feet building’s structure is steel and concrete with metal decking, concrete floors with a CMU elevator core. The exterior is clad in metal panels and brick that complement the architecture of the surrounding mixed-use neighborhood.

Common area corridors are designed for a stylish urban professional tenancy. Apartment units are furnished in contemporary finishes, stainless steel appliances, built in kitchen cabinetry with quartz countertops, LED lighting and state of the art mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems. Views to the city of Boston skyline from the upper floor units are extraordinary.

Amenities of the building include two ground floor lobbies with curated artwork to complement a soaring ceiling height, bike and tenant storage rooms, a green roof with roof deck, laundry rooms and a tenant lounge. The site accommodates outdoor green space along with 44 surface parking spaces.
