40 Boylston St is ideally located at the edge of the downtown theater district and the historic Boston Commons. Designed with the style and convenience of downtown living in mind, this seven-story mixed use development worked to harmoniously align and integrate with the rhythm and materials of the adjacent architectural context. Built of cast in place concrete with a limestone and brick façade, the design offers maximized glazing bringing natural daylight into the apartment units. Interiors are sleek and modern featuring floor to ceiling windows, hardwood flooring, porcelain tiled bathrooms and individually controlled HVAC systems.
